Environmental emergencies include hazardous or toxic spills, discharges, emissions, as well as dyke and dam failures, debris flows and floods.

Report All Poachers and Polluters (RAPP):

Telus Mobility users: #7277

Available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, RAPP is the B.C. Conservation Officer Service’s toll-free hotline and web-based contact service.

It allows the public to report known or suspected poachers and polluters – anonymously and without risk of confronting the offender.

The RAPP hotline should also be used to report wildlife-human interactions where public safety may be at risk.
