BC Mental Health Information Line
The British Columbia Mental
Health Information Line puts free information about mental health and mental
illness at your fingertips. Anyone can use it, 24 hours a day.

Just call the information
line. Select the message you want by pressing the corresponding number on your
telephone key pad. Or stay on the line to ask the line operator for assistance.
Once you are on the line, you can listen to the entire message or move on to other
topics.

BC NurseLine is available for people across the province. Registered nurses provide
health information and advice through a toll-free telephone line, 24 hours a day,
7 days a week, and a pharmacist is available 5 p.m. to 9 a.m., 7 days a week.
This service is also available for those who are deaf or hearing impaired. Translation
services are available in 130 languages.
