Ownership
Records
It is important
to keep your ownership records current for property assessment and
taxation purposes. This includes the correct names of registered
owners of property, owners of manufactured homes, or holders of
various interests in property described in the Property
Owner Information page on this web site.
If you have
changed your name, or if the name on your tax notice is spelled
incorrectly, please contact the Land Title Officein your area, or the Manufactured Home Registry if you live in a manufactured home. The Surveyor of Taxes is not
able to change the ownership records on your tax account.
