If you have a complaint about the licensing of a security business or its employees, or a concern about the behaviour of a security employee or the use of equipment, please complete a complaints form and mail the form to Security Programs.

Upon receipt of your complaint, the Registrar will review the allegation(s) and where necessary assign an inspector to investigate the circumstances of the complaint. Regulatory action may be taken where it is appropriate.

The complaints form is available for your convenience. Information can be keyed on-line then the document can be printed, or, the form can be printed and completed by hand. It is expected that all complaints will be submitted in writing.

If you are writing a letter instead of using provided complaints form please include sufficient information for the Registrar to identify you and contact you if necessary.
