Urban Development Agreements

Urban Development Agreements (UDAs) are partnerships among the federal, provincial and municipal governments to enhance cooperation with one another and the community in promoting and supporting economic, social, environmental, and community development focusing on the urban downtown core. Currently, Vancouver , Victoria and Surrey are involved in, or are developing, Urban Development Agreements.
