RecreationIn 2005, the responsibility for recreation sites and trails on Provincial Forest land was moved from the Forest Service to the Ministry of Tourism, Sport and the Arts. The Kootenay Lake Forest District still has photographs and relevant information which provides an overview of the type of recreation opportunities available here. Viewers should be aware that the pictures and maps are several years old, and that current conditions may have changed.
