Human Rights Code protects British Columbians from discrimination
in areas such as employment, housing, and services and facilities
customarily available to the public. Protection

coverage provided by the Human Rights Code.

The independent Human Rights Tribunal is responsible for
dealing with complaints under the Human Rights Code. Information
