Corporate
and Ministry Support Services provides strategic financial, information
management, and human resource advice and services.
Our delivery of common services reflects best practices in both the public and private sectors. The division's success is based on its ability to demonstrate economies of scale, specialized expertise, services that meet client needs, and close relations with clients. We provide a suite
of strategic business and support services to more than 15 public sector
organizations to assist them to achieve their objectives with minimal
corporate costs. Corporate and Ministry Support Services has three branches: Financial Services and Administration contains Budgeting, Forecasting and Reporting; Performance Management; Accounting Services; Enterprise Risk Management; Financial Processing; Financial Systems & Policy Support; Facilities; and Minister's Office Support Services. Strategic Human Resources has five areas: Advice and Consultation; Human Resource Strategies and Planning; Human Resource Research and Analysis; Brokerage; and Governance. Information Management's three areas are Strategic Planning and Enterprise Architecture; Information, Privacy, Security and Records Management; and Client Systems and Technology Management.
