The Labour Relations
and Mediation Division provides information,
training, mediation and bargaining assistance to
labour and management in unionized workplaces.
Specifically, it:
- provides
conciliation assistance to parties involved in
collective bargaining
- facilitates
interest based negotiation (IBN)
- provides
grievance mediation and workplace mediation
services
- provides
training to assist in joint problem solving
and interest based negotiation (IBN)
The two workshops we offer are:
- Interest Based
Negotiations
- Resolving
Workplace Conflict & Joint Problem Solving
