Announced in the spring of 2001, Culture, Youth and Recreation came to life in a bold gesture. The department is building on the already significant accomplishments of our communities. As Saskatchewan's youth assume a fuller leadership role in our province, making use of our rich culture and recreation sectors, we will all come to understand - and work together to fulfill - the vast potential of our great province.
