- Aboriginal Human Resource Development Council Of Canada (AHRDCC)
The Aboriginal Human Resource Development Council of Canada is one of the strategies put forward by the Government of Canada in Gathering Strength - Canada's Aboriginal Action Plan in response to the recommendations of the Royal Commission on Aboriginal Peoples. Saskatchewan was one of the founding champions of the initiative and continues to participate on the Council.
- Biodiversity Action Plan
Maintaining the province's biodiversity for now and into the future will take planning, cooperation and commitment from the public, special interest groups and the government. The Biodiversity Action Plan guides the conservation actions of all government sectors through to 2009.
- Congratulatory Messages
A congratulatory message is a special birthday or anniversary message directed to a specified celebrant from either the Premier, the Queen, the Lieutenant Governor, the Prime Minister, the Mayor or some other dignitary. The Office of the Lieutenant Governor coordinates congratulatory message requests for all Saskatchewan residents.
- Crown Resource Land Management
Saskatchewan Environment is responsible for administering all Crown resource land in the province. This includes authorization of land use allocations, development of Crown land policies and programs, conducting land use planning projects and administering the department's Treaty Land Entitlement Program.
- Emergency Management
Saskatchewan Emergency Management Organization (SaskEMO) maintains the Provincial Emergency Plan and related contingencies as part of their provincial preparedness program to deal with events that may affect government operations.
- Exploratory Treaty Table
Facilitated by the Office of the Treaty Commissioner, the Exploratory Treaty Table between Canada and the Federation of Saskatchewan Indian Nations provides the forum for exploratory discussions about the nature of the treaty relationship. Saskatchewan's involvement, as an observer, protects provincial interests.
- First Nations Fund
The Government of Saskatchewan and the Federation of Saskatchewan Indian Nations negotiated an agreement on gaming which established the First Nations Fund. The Fund facilitates First Nations social, economic and business development.
- Fish and Wildlife Development Fund
To maintain and enhance fish and wildlife within the Province a portion of the hunting, trapping, and angling licence fees are used to secure ecologically important habitat through purchase, lease or conservation easements.

- Industry Development
The Industry Development Division of Saskatchewan Industry and Resources assists and attracts new, existing and expanding businesses, co-operatives and entrepreneurs to create and/or expand business activity in the province, and facilitates the development and capacity enhancement of community economic development organizations.
- Métis Nation - Saskatchewan Bilateral Process
Under the Bilateral Process Agreement (1993), Saskatchewan and the Métis Nation - Saskatchewan discuss policy and program matters and develop joint strategies respecting federal jurisdictional and financial arrangements for the Métis. First Nations and Métis Relations is the lead agency for the Government of Saskatchewan.
- Métis Nation - Saskatchewan Tripartite Process
Saskatchewan joined with Canada and the Métis Nation - Saskatchewan to establish a tripartite process to maintain, enhance and strengthen Métis culture, governance and the capacity of Métis communities and institutions. First Nations and Métis Relations is the lead agency for the Government of Saskatchewan.
- Minister's Advisory Council on Information Technology
Through a process of public consultation and research, the Council provides expert advice to the government on building a vibrant IT sector in the province and on how to utilize IT to stimulate economic development in other key sectors of the economy.
- Northern Administration District (NAD)
The Northern Administration District (NAD) makes up about half of Saskatchewan's total area yet has a population of less than 40,000 people. The Office of Northern Affairs was created in 1996 to improve the planning and coordination of provincial government services in the Northern Administration District (NAD).
- Northern Development Fund (NDF)
The Northern Development Fund was established in February 1995 to stimulate and support economic and business development in northern Saskatchewan, and to encourage diversification and job creation.

The Government of Saskatchewan's Northern Hire Policy is designed to increase the number of northerners employed with provincial departments and Crown Corporations in northern Saskatchewan.

- Office of Disability Issues (ODI)
The Office of Disability Issues (ODI) serves as a focal point for provincial government initiatives on disability policy and performs a co-ordinating role throughout government in addressing disability issues and policies.
- Partnership for Prosperity
Partnership for Prosperity is a broad economic strategy that was created with the input of thousands of Saskatchewan people. This strategy sets out a plan to build the economy through increased diversification, a more competitive business climate and greater emphasis on innovation and technology.
- Public Employees Deferred Salary Leave Plan
The Public Employees Deferred Salary Leave Plan allows employees of participating agencies to defer a portion of their salary for a period of 12 to 72 months. The salary must be used to finance a leave of absence for any reason for durations of six to 12 months.
- Public Employees Dental Plan
The Public Employees Dental Plan provides dental care coverage to employees of Executive Government, several Crown Corporations and Various Agencies, Boards and Commissions as approved by the Lieutenant Governor in Council.
- Public Employees Disability Income Plan
The Public Employees Disability Income Plan provides long-term disability benefits to employees of Executive Government, several Crown Corporations and various Agencies, Boards and Commissions.
- Public Employees Extended Health Care Plan
The Public Employees Extended Health Care Plan provides coverage of certain medical services and supplies given or ordered by a physician not reimbursed from the provincial medical plan.
- Public Employees Pension Plan (PEPP)
The Public Employees Pension Plan (PEPP) is a multi-employer pension plan. Participating employers include the Government of Saskatchewan, certain crown corporations, agencies, boards and other institutions designated by the Lieutenant Governor in Council.
- Public Service Superannuation Plan (PSSP)
The Public Service Superannuation (PSSP) came into effect on May 1, 1927. The enrolment of new members terminated with the inception of The Public Employees Pension Plan on Oct 1, 1977.
- Queen's Printer
The Office of the Queen's Printer publishes and distributes the authoritative versions of all Government of Saskatchewan legislation, regulations and other legislative publications. Queen's Printer is also responsible for the administration of the Saskatchewan Publications Centre.
