Hours of Service

The Business Registration and Business Address Change services are available through the internet Monday to Sunday, 24 hours a day.

Staff are available at more than 100 kiosk sites throughout BC, Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Pacific Time (except statutory holidays) to assist you if necessary. To locate the kiosk nearest you please click here.

A phone-in business registration and business address change service is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time through the Surrey Chamber of Commerce at (604) 581-7130.

Our services may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance on Tuesday evenings after 5:00 PM and Sunday mornings from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
