System Requirements

If your computer has software to prevent pop-up windows, ensure it is temporarily disabled before starting your business registration or business change of address.

A Pop-Up Blocker is software on your computer that blocks advertisements or other unwanted windows from opening. OneStop Business Registry uses a function similar to what happens when these unwanted windows appear. As OneStop Business Registry is an online registration application certain browser features need to be controlled. The method used to do this is to open a new window. Pop-Up Blockers will intefere with this method. When you click the Start Registration button, your computer should open a new window titled 'How to Access OneStop'. If this window does not appear, try holding down the Control (CTRL) key in the bottom left side of your keyboard and clicking on the Start Registration button. Sometimes this will bypass the Pop-Up Blocker software and will allow you to continue. If not, please contact our HelpDesk for further instructions.

The OneStop services can run on most computers using Windows running Internet Explorer web browsers or Mac OS 9 running Internet Explorer 5.1 and Mac OS X running Internet Explorer 5.2 or Safari web browsers.

• An Internet connection running at least a 28.8 baud modem or faster.
  
• JavaScript must be turned on for correct navigation of these services.
  
• You will require the free Adobe Reader to view the results of your session record.  If you do not have Adobe Reader, you can download it for free here.
  
• For best viewing, screen resolution should be set at a minimum of 800 x 600 pixels.
