These Terms and Conditions are established by SLGA and apply to all licenses issued pursuant to section 207 of the Criminal Code for the conduct and management of regular and large raffle, municipal raffle, public amusement raffle, bingo, Texas Hold 'em, Monte Carlo and breakopen lotteries in the province of Saskatchewan.
