Information on Road Condtions Provided by Other Organizations

Saskatchewan Highways and Transportation’s Highways Hotline provides current road conditions for Saskatchewan highways.

The road conditions reported on the Hotline are updated using information collected by employees of Saskatchewan Highways and Transportation. The department has developed standard terminology to describe current road conditions.

Other information services, such as media outlets and web services, often provide information on road conditions to their viewers and users. Saskatchewan Highways and Transportation cannot, and does not, endorse either the accuracy or timeliness of such reports. Furthermore, some of these services may use their own terminology to describe current road conditions. The department takes no responsibility for such interpretations.

Motorists are advised to use the Highway Hotline for the most recent road conditions on Saskatchewan Highways. The Hotline can be accessed on this web site, or by phone at the following numbers:

  • Toll-free: 1-888-335-7623
  • Regina and area: 787-7623
  • Saskatoon and area: 933-8333
  • Cell: *ROAD (SaskTel subscribers only)
