Freelaw®, part of the Saskatchewan Publications Centre, provides free access to up-to-date versions of all Government of Saskatchewan Acts and Regulations, The Saskatchewan Gazette and other legislative publications. Use the free Adobe Reader to view and print files (pdf) for personal use. Queen's Printer sells paper copies to fund Freelaw®.

Purchase Paper Copies 

Queen's Printer offers a fee-based paper service for all Freelaw® publications online, through mail, in person and by telephone. The cost-recovery fee for the paper service includes regular mail delivery and can be paid for by MasterCard and Visa, OR additionally by cheque or in cash in person at our Regina location.

Business hours: Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to noon and 1 to 5 p.m, except Government of Saskatchewan Public Service designated holidays
