The Saskatchewan Post-Secondary Graduate Tax Credit is a one-time tax credit that graduates and journey persons may apply against their Saskatchewan Income Tax.

The Province automatically processes Post-Secondary Graduate Tax Credit Certificates for graduates whose schools have applied to the Province on their behalf. If you are a graduate of an out-of province school or your school will not be applying on your behalf, your application will be assessed by Saskatchewan Advanced Education and Employment.

If you are approved for the tax credit, a certificate will be mailed to you by the Province at the end of February to the address you provided to the school or on your application. Although the province will be processing applications and certificates primarily in February of each year, individual certificates may be issued through out the year.

This credit can be used against your Saskatchewan Income Tax only.
