Courts of Saskatchewan

In Saskatchewan, there are three levels of court:

• the Provincial Court;
• the Court of Queen’s Bench; and
• the Court of Appeal.

The courts and the judiciary are independent of Saskatchewan Justice. Saskatchewan Justice provides only non-judicial administration and related services to all three levels of court through the Court Services Branch.
