Issuer Information
Reporting Issuer Search - Search for information about reporting issuers and whether they are in default of continuous requirements.

You can search by specific company name, or alphabetically.  If the company is a reporting issuer in Saskatchewan, the table will provide the date it became a reporting issuer, whether the company is in default of its filing requirements, and whether the company is subject to a cease trade order and date of the order. By accessing the  “Yes” under In Default, the system will provide you with a specific list of default items for the specific issuer.  

Public Company Information
SEDAR - The System for Electronic Documents and Retrieval is the official site for the filing of documents by public companies as required by securities laws in Canada. These documents are available free of charge on the SEDAR web site.

 

Insider Reporting
SEDI - The System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders is the site for the filing of reports by insiders of public companies. 

 

Cease Trade Orders
National CTO Database is hosted by the CSA.  The Issuer Cease Trade Order Database contains the names of all issuers of securities whose securities have been recently or previously cease-traded by certain Canadian securities regulators. The Non-Issuer CTO database contains individuals who have been ordered to cease trading in certain circumstances.  Saskatchewan orders will be on the databases soon.
