Verification

You are required to verify that all the information you have provided is correct. Every four months (or prior to the course end date if less than three months) you and your spouse are required to complete the verification form and to submit pay stubs. This information is collected by the training centre and sent to the PTA Unit for processing. Verification is required to the end of the last month PTA is received even if you have left the program.

If you have not provided information to verify income on your PTA application, you will be denied further assistance until the verification information is provided.

Verification of parental income is not required.
