Commission regulations adopting these National Instruments effective March 9, 2001:
- National Instrument 35-101 Conditional Exemption From Registration for United States Broker-dealers and Agents
- National Instrument 41-101 Prospectus Disclosure Requirements
- National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects
- National Instrument 44-101 Short Form Prospectus Distributions
- National Instrument 44-102 Shelf Distributions
- National Instrument 44-103 Post-Receipt Pricing
On the same date the Commission issued the following implementing orders:
- General Ruling/Order 44-801 Implementing National Instrument 44-101 Short Form Prospectus Distributions ("GRO 44-801");
- General Ruling/Order 44-802 Implementing National Instrument 44-102 Shelf Distributions ("GRO 44-802"); and
- General Ruling/Order 44-803 Implementing National Instrument 44-103 Post-Receipt Pricing ("GRO 44-803").
The Commission also repealed the following implementing orders:
- General Ruling/Order 44-801A Prompt Offering Qualification System dated February 19, 1993
- General Ruling/Order 44-801B Prompt Offering Qualification System Solicitation of Expressions of Interest dated March 9, 1993; and
- General Ruling/Order 44-802 National Policy Statement No. 44 dated May 10, 1991;
- General Ruling/Order 44-803 Expedited Review of Short Form Prospectuses and Renewal Information Forms dated June 19, 1995
- General Ruling/Order 44-804 Interim Implementation of National Instruments 44-101, 44-102 and 44-103 dated January 15, 2001
