Saskatchewan Policy Statement 35-601 Registration of Non-Resident
Individuals Amended
Saskatchewan Policy Statement 35-601
sets out the conditions of registration that the Director will apply to
an individual who does not live in Saskatchewan.
On December 13, 2001 the Commission amended the policy to specify the
same conditions to non-resident individuals whether or not they are employed
by a firm which has a business office in Saskatchewan. The policy used
to specify different conditions to non-resident individuals which depended
on whether the firm had an office in Saskatchewan.
