GRO 43-902 Exemption from the Underwriter Registration Requirements
On November 9, 2001 the Director of the Saskatchewan Securities Commission
made General Ruling/Order 43-902 Exemption
from the Underwriter Registration Requirements. ("GRO 43-902").
GRO 43-902 grants exemptions from the underwriter registration requirements
in clause 27(1)(b) of The Securities Act, 1988 and clause 65(1)(d)
of The Securities Regulations on certain conditions.
