Amendments to GRO 55-801 Implementing National Instrument 55-102 SEDI

On December 14, 2001 the Director of the Saskatchewan Securities Commission amended General Ruling/Order 55-801 Implementing National Instrument 55-102 SEDI ("GRO 55-801") to extend the deadline for filing insider reports on SEDI from December 17, 2001 to January 21, 2002.
