Justice has approved
The Securities Commission (Adoption of National Instruments)
Amendment Regulations, 2005 (No. 2). The regulations
adopt amended and restated
National
Instrument 55-101 Insider Reporting Exemptions ("NI
55-101").
Restated and
amended NI 55-101 provides exemptions from the obligation to file
insider reports. It will come into force on April 30, 2005.
