General Ruling/Order 45-910 TSX Venture Exchange Short Form Offering Exemption Amended 

On March 30, 2004, the Director of the Securities Division of the Saskatchewan Financial Services Commission amended General Ruling/Order 45-910 TSX Venture Exchange Short Form Offering Exemption (“GRO 45-910”).   

GRO 45-910  grants an exemption from the prospectus requirement for distributions made pursuant to TSX Venture Exchange's Policy 4.6 Public Offering by Short Form Offering Document and Form 4H - Short Form Offering Document.

The amendments are to reflect the implementation of NI 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Requirements, the repeal and replacement of MI 45-102 Resale of Securities and consequential amendments to MI 45-103 Capital Raising Exemptions all effective March 30, 2004.
