The forms currently available on-line relate to applications for new dispositions and assignment of existing dispositions.  Additional forms will be added in the near future.  If you need a form not identified here, please call 787-2304 (Regina) or 953-2493 (Prince Albert).

The Forms Manual provides definitions and information to assist you in completing the forms.  Specific information for each form can be found with the specific form.

	Application for Crown Land Disposition (PDF)	Last modified: July 12, 2002
Completed by the applicant to apply for a new disposition on Crown land.  This application form is used for all types of land uses EXCEPT wild rice permits and park land commercial leases.  Supplemental application forms may be necessary for some development ... see below for supplemental application forms.  For additional information on completing this form, click here.

	Application for a Wild Rice Disposition (PDF)	Last modified: June 2, 2003
Use this form to apply for a wild rice permit or licence to cultivate and harvest wild rice. A permit provides temporary (annual) permission to cultivate and harvest wild rice whereas the licence allows for a 10 year period.

	Farm Development Application (PDF)	Last modified: October 25, 2001
A supplemental application form to be completed when a new agricultural operation is proposed for development on Crown resource land.  To be used in addition to the Application for Crown Land Disposition.  NOTE:  The majority of farm operations will occur on SAF land.   For additional information on completing this form, click here.

A supplemental application form to be completed when a new commercial operation (accommodation, store, outfitting camp, sawmill, processing plant) is proposed for development on Crown resource land.  To be used in addition to the Application for Crown Land Disposition.   For additional information on completing this form, click here.

	Request for Assignment (PDF)	Last modified: February 4, 2005
To be completed by two parties wishing to negotiate a sell/buy transaction for improvement(s) on Crown land.  An existing land lease or permit must be assigned to the proposed new owner before a transaction can be finalized.   For additional information on completing this form, click here.
