URGENT: As a result of flooding, telephone service in Jakarta has been severely disrupted making telephone contact with the Embassy difficult or impossible. In the event of a CONSULAR EMERGENCY, please contact the Operations Centre in Ottawa, Canada, which operates 24 hours a day. They may be reached by e-mail at sos@international.gc.ca, or by collect call at 613-996-8885.
