The Honourable Noël A. Kinsella, Speaker of the Senate of Canada, was among the lecturers taking part in an international conference at the Pontifical Lateran University in Rome, February 12-13, 2007.
Further information on this conference, entitled "The Natural Moral Law: Issues and Perspectives", is available on the web-site of the Pontifical Lateran University (in English or Italian).
