On February 5, in a graduation ceremony at the Rideau Club in Ottawa, the Institute on Governance congratulated the first cohort of its Executive Leadership Program (ELP). The seventeen participants who completed the year-long program are a testimony to the commitment and talent of the up-and-coming executives in the federal public service.
