The Canadian Foreign Service Institute provides professional development, official and foreign language, corporate services, and intercultural effectiveness training to employees in DFAIT. CFSI also provides project management for major training initiatives, and organizational development and performance improvement services to DFAIT bureaux and missions. It can offer its expertise to other organizations on a cost recovery basis.
