Canbreal is focused on the development of quantitative biodiagnostics and therapeutic compounds for both the prevention and treatment of Cancer, predominantly Breast Cancer, HIV/AIDS and Human Neurodegenerative Diseases.
Canbreal has put forth a blood test based on the quantitative assessment of estrogen interdependent cellular bio-markers. This assessment detecting changes preceding the early onset of tumour formation is useful in the preventive screening of both sporadic and genetically linked Breast Cancer.
Canbreal further conducts contract laboratory services including, peptide design, tagging, tailoring and labeling of antibodies for clinical research applications within the disease areas aforementioned. Tissue culture engineering for the development of delivery systems and biotherapeutics are also included in our service portfolio.
