As back-to-back hosts, Canada and China will have many opportunities to share experiences and to increase business, investment, and tourism between our two countries,&#8221; said Minister Emerson.</span></span></p> <br> <p><span style="font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif"><span style="font-size: 12pt">The two ministers discussed opportunities for Canada and China to work together and for promoting the 2010 Games in China. James Moore, Parliamentary Secretary for the Pacific Gateway and the Vancouver-Whistler Olympics and Member of Parliament (Port Moody&#8211;Westwood&#8211;Port Coquitlam), also attended the meeting. Yesterday, Minister Emerson and Mr. Moore also had an opportunity to tour some of the venues that will be used for the 2008 Olympic and the Paralympic Summer Games, including the National Stadium, which will be the location for the 2008 opening and closing ceremonies.
