James Wall is the new Ambassador of Canada to the Netherlands. He joined the Department of External Affairs in 1976 and has served abroad in New Delhi, Jakarta, Nairobi, Harare, and Kenya. In Ottawa, he undertook several assignments in the Legal Bureau. Read his biography...
