<p>Foreign Affairs Minister Bill Graham today issued the following statement concerning
the deadly bombing in Jerusalem: </p>
<p>"Canada strongly condemns this morning's cowardly terrorist attack in downtown <br>
Jerusalem that has been claimed by the Al Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades. Canadians join <br>
me in expressing our condolences to the families of the victims."</p>
