<p>Media representatives are advised that Bill Graham, Minister of Foreign Affairs, will visit Quebec City and Montreal on
March 25 and 26, 2002. </p>
<p>In Quebec City on March 25, Mr. Graham will deliver an address to the Société des relations internationales de Québec
entitled "Thoughts and Perspectives on Canadian Foreign Policy." </p>
<p>In Montreal on March 26, the Minister will deliver an address at a colloquium on Terrorism, Rights and Democracy,
sponsored by the Canadian Institute for the Administration of Justice.</p>
