These events are part of a tailored business program consisting of seminars, conferences and networking opportunities designed to introduce participants in the mission to local decision makers and business leaders.</p> <p>On Monday, June 3, in Mexico City, Mr. Pettigrew will deliver an address at a business breakfast hosted by the Canadian Chamber of Commerce. Later, he will deliver a keynote address at a plenary session of officials, delegates and guests. The Minister will then meet with members of the Trade and Industrial Development Committee of the Mexican Senate. Later that evening he is scheduled to attend a contract signing ceremony.</p> <p>On Tuesday, June 4, in Mexico City, Mr. Pettigrew will meet with Mexican Minister for the Economy, Luis Derbez. He will also visit the Transcontinental Plant site and later that day will hold a press briefing.</p> <p>On Wednesday, June 5, in Monterrey, Mr. Pettigrew will deliver an address at a business breakfast hosted by the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Northern Mexico. Later, Minister Pettigrew and Mexican Secretary of Labour for the State of Nuevo Leon Alejandro Paez, will address participants at a plenary session. Mr. Pettigrew will then meet with Mexican Home Secretary for the State of Nuevo Leon, Jose Maria Garza Benavides.
