<p>Media representatives are advised that Foreign Affairs Minister Bill Graham will be in New York from September 11 to 17
to participate in the 57th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) and other events.</p>
<p>On September 12, Minister Graham will deliver Canada's address to UNGA. On September 13, Mr. Graham will host a
meeting and dinner for G8 foreign ministers. On the same day, he will attend a meeting of major donors and other
interested governments with the President of Afghanistan, Hamid Karzai. </p>
<p>While in New York, Minister Graham is also scheduled to hold a number of bilateral meetings with foreign ministers and
participate in a meeting of Commonwealth foreign ministers.</p>
<p>Mr. Graham will be available to media prior to his speech to the General Assembly.</p>
