The Minister will deliver the keynote address at the conference luncheon. </p> <p>The Diplomatic Forum is a two-day conference that aims to provide ambassadors, high commissioners, and consuls-general accredited to Canada with a review of current public policy issues that are particularly important to their understanding of Canada and Canadians.
