  • WTO Dispute Settlement Body adopts key win for Canada
    The WTO Dispute Settlement Body has adopted a WTO Panel Report that ruled that the United States erred in its affirmative preliminary finding of subsidy. This means that Canada's win can no longer be appealed by the United States. Read the description to find out more about this case.
