<p><span style="font-size: 12pt"><span style="font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif">International Trade Minister David L. Emerson will attend the 11th meeting of the
NAFTA Free Trade Commission in Acapulco, Mexico, on March 23 and 24, 2006.
There, he will meet with United States Trade Representative Rob Portman and Mexican
Secretary of the Economy Sergio Garcia de Alba.</span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt"><span style="font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif">The NAFTA Free Trade Commission, which is composed of Cabinet-level
representatives from Canada, the United States and Mexico, meets regularly to
supervise the implementation of NAFTA and the work of some 30 committees and
working groups.</span></span></p>
