This year's race, hosting 30&nbsp;000 athletes, with the assistance of 12&nbsp;000 volunteers, is dedicated to the victims of the tragic events of Tuesday, September 11, and to the courageous and determined rescue workers. The Minister will host a pre-marathon reception for Canadian participants.
