Program office hours:  

The general office hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Passport Services:

Monday - Friday 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. & 1:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Citizenship Services:
Monday - Friday 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. & 1:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

General Inquiries:

• Monday - Friday                       8:30 am - 10:30 am  

Visa Services - including Temporary Resident Visas (visitors), Work Permits and Study Permits:  

• Monday - Thursday                  8:30 am - 10:30 am  

Applications may be submitted for processing on the same-day where possible.

• Applications will not be accepted after 10:30 am!
• No appointments. 

• Friday                                       8:30 am - 10:30 am  

Applications submitted on Friday will be processed within 5 working days where possible. Please include a self- addressed stamped (not metered) envelope for return of your passport and documents, i.e. U.S. Postal Service Express mail.

• No same-day services available on Friday.
• Applications will not be accepted after 10:30 am!
• No appointments.
