    • Differential taxation for imported versus domestic products;
    • Redundant/duplicative testing and certification requirements;
    • Difficulties in accessing distribution channels;
    • Restrictive consumer protection laws;
    • Uneven enforcement and application of policies between Korean-owned and foreign- owned enterprises;
    • Over-burdensome standards and certification requirements;
    • Differential safety and environmental regulations; and
    • Any other impediment/barriers.
