Consulate General in Saint Petersburg Visa Section

Our office is open for visa applications from 9:00 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (except holidays).

The office processes applications for visitor visas, temporary work permits and temporary study permits.

Residents of the North-Western region of the Russian Federation can apply for visas to the Visa Section of the Canadian Consulate General in Saint Petersburg.

Visa fees are non-refundable and are accepted in Canadian dollars, Russian roubles and US dollars. Fees can be paid by cash, certified cheque or by international money order (in Canadian funds). Certified cheques or money orders must be made payable to the “Receiver General for Canada”. Credit cards are not accepted.
