Immigration Program Manager

This site provides information on how to apply for temporary resident and permanent resident visas for Canada from our office in Moscow. We are pleased to offer service to the residents of the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, Canadians and other web site users.

Applicants in the northwestern region of Russia may obtain Temporary Resident Visas, Work or Study Visas from our Consulate General in St. Petersburg.
