MINISTER PETTIGREW TO GIVE ADDRESS AT
2004 SCOTIABANK-AUCC AWARDS CEREMONY

Foreign Affairs Minister Pierre Pettigrew will deliver the keynote speech at the 2004 Scotiabank-Association of Universities and Colleges of Canada (AUCC) Awards for Excellence in Internationalization on October 27.

The Minister will speak on the future of Canada’s foreign policy and the importance of the internationalization of Canadian universities.
