PETTIGREW TO LAUNCH CANADA'S STATE OF TRADE REPORT

Media representatives are advised that International Trade Minister Pierre Pettigrew will be the guest speaker at a lunch hosted by the Canadian Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, May 8, in Ottawa. The Minister will be making a speech on the launch of Trade Update 2003: Fourth Annual Report on Canada's State of Trade, which will be tabled in the House of Commons in the morning.
