  1. Visit the CBDC Corporate Administration site on the day of the sale, and complete an 'Offer To Purchase' form. The address is:

  2. Print an Offer To Purchase form from this web site, and then fax it in any time prior to the closing date and time of the sale. The fax number is 902-563-0062.

Please Note: Offers for surplus assets by telephone or e-mail will not be permitted. Only the two methods mentioned above will be accepted.
