Transport Canada will conduct a screening commencing on March 27, 2007 of the project:
Louis Creek Bridge - Hutchinson Hill Ltd..
Installation of a new 50 ft free span bridge over Louis Creek.
Under section 5 of the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act, an EA is required for this project because Transport Canada may issue an approval under paragraph 5(1)(a) of the Navigable Waters Protection Act.
